REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS

Your Turkey and Ham are 100% fully cooked and ready to eat. YOU MUST REFRIGERATE THE TURKEY AND HAM if you are not eating within 4 hours. You could carve it cold and re-heat in the pan provided by adding a cup of chicken/turkey stock and place in oven until desired temperature is reached, otherwise……..

Re-Heating Instructions for Whole Smoked UBQ Turkey

  1. Let turkey stand at room temperature for thirty minutes.
  2. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  3. IF DESIRED, open the bag and add one cup of water or chicken stock in the bag to create juice for gravy. Chopped carrots, onions and celery can also be added for flavor.
  4. Close the bag and put turkey in provided pan upside down so the breast will not get dried out.
  5. Put the pan with the Turkey in the bag in the oven.
  6. Immediately turn oven down to 275 degrees & leave turkey in for approx.1 hour (using a probe thermometer insert into lower breast. Internal temperature should read at least 150 degrees).
  7. After approx.45 minutes in the oven, take the Turkey out of the bag and position the turkey breast side up in the pan and baste with the drippings. Put back in the oven for 15 minutes or until desired “Crispiness” of the Turkey is achieved.
  8. Let turkey stand for a few minutes for easier carving!

Re-Heating Instructions for Bourbon Glazed Ham
